Investigation of braking performance and thermal effect of sintering of brake pads with Al2O3 additive

چکیده
Nowadays the improvement researches of pad materials, which are widely used in braking mechanisms land vehicles, still maintain their popularity. In general, it has been proven by studies that material characteristics brake pads composite structure vary greatly depending on manufacturing parameters. this study, effects sintering Al2O3 added performance via surface temperature were investigated. context, 50, 75, and 125 mm particles to lining composition results evaluated comparatively. The performances tested samples terms wear, friction coefficient. As a result, was observed sintered additives all three dimensions better.
